All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, Ruffled by Dupsy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the courier.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages.

Because each piece is handmade and customized, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue on our end, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at ruffledbydupsy@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review and correct any verified mistakes.
